Technical Implementation Analyst / System Analyst / Integration Engineer $$$

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze the client's IT system to identify and classify business requirements.
• Develop business process implementations using internal low-code tools.
• Design workflow rules for different types of payments and transactions.
• Create XML/XSLT transformations for mapping and converting client messages and API integrations.
• Participate in the development of business logic using Java.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation of all work performed.
• Perform functional and performance testing analysis to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participate in the acceptance process of implemented functionality.
• Provide advisory support to team members and clients on matters within the scope of the role.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from development and front-end teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Basic knowledge of programming, querying, and markup languages including HTML, SQL, XML, XSLT, WSDL, and Java.
• A fundamental understanding of Java.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Work experience in Finance sector business operations or IT.
• Good understanding of the software application development process.
• Verbal and written ENG and RUS communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team under tight schedules; responsible and communicative.
