Compensation Analyst $$$

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst. 

Requirements

• Skills in building data models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience writing scripts for Excel and using add-ons
• Ability to set up a process for regular data updates (workflow, stakeholders involved, access permissions)

• Experience creating dashboards in Excel or other platforms

   

Will be plus

• Experience building bots on any platform (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook; SendPulse, Pipebot, or any other)

Responsibilities

• Extracting data from various information systems, cleaning it, and preparing it for analysis
• Building interconnected tables and dashboards

• Analyzing the obtained data and identifying patterns and dependencies
