Software Engineer (React + Python) $$$

Intent Solution Group is inviting talented professionals to join us for an exciting FinTech opportunity to build and modernize an application for a US based investment advisory firm helping business owners and individual clients better manage their financial investments. Our goal is to boost productivity using modern technologies, including Generative AI, and deliver user-friendly digital solutions to our clients.

 

About the Role:

Support the Scrum team by implementing features across frontend and backend, assisting with LLM components, and helping with automation and delivery. This role offers strong growth into more complex LLM and OCI work.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities  

• Build and maintain backend logic in Python and user interfaces with React .  
• Contribute to LLM-powered features (API integrations, prompt handling, basic agent/UI interactions).  
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools for coding, debugging, and refactoring.  
• Create tests with genAI and support end-to-end quality within the team.  
• Assist with Bitbucket pipelines, basic OCI scripts, deployments, and environment setup.  
• Take ownership of user stories and deliver them fully to Definition of Done.  
• Actively participate in all Scrum events and suggest improvements.
   

Requirements  
 

• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, with solid Python skills plus React.  
• Basic to intermediate experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude) or strong eagerness to learn quickly.  
• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD concepts, and web service patterns.  
• Ability to deliver tested, deployable work in a Scrum environment.  
• Good English skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
   

Nice to Have  
 

• Any cloud platform exposure (OCI preferred) or Terraform.  
• Experience with testing/automation tools.  
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and modern React ecosystems.
