Junior Crypto Portfolio Analyst $
As we continue to develop our digital asset investment function, we’re looking for a Junior Crypto Portfolio Analyst who is passionate about crypto and DeFi and wants to grow into a portfolio management role over time.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who actively follows the crypto ecosystem, understands how DeFi protocols work, and enjoys researching new projects, analyzing risks, and building investment ideas.
You will work closely with experienced team members and gradually take part in developing and testing strategies for managing crypto capital.
What you’ll be doing
Research DeFi protocols, crypto projects and yield strategies.
Analyze how different protocols work: lending, liquidity pools, staking, and other mechanisms.
Monitor the crypto market and identify potential opportunities and risks.
Support portfolio strategy development and diversification ideas.
Collect and analyze on-chain and market data.
Prepare short research notes on protocols and investment ideas.
Track performance of existing strategies and help with reporting.
Participate in discussions on portfolio allocation and risk management.
What we expect from you
Strong interest in crypto and DeFi.
Good understanding of how the crypto ecosystem works.
Understanding of DeFi basics: lending, liquidity pools, staking, yield strategies.
Ability to analyze projects and understand tokenomics.
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity.
Ability to structure information and present conclusions clearly.
Comfortable working with data in Excel / Google Sheets.
Conversational English and Russian or Ukrainian.

Willingness to learn and grow in the investment field.

Interest in long-term development in crypto portfolio management.
Nice to have
Experience using DeFi protocols personally.
Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (Dune, DeFiLlama, etc.).
Basic Python or data analysis skills.
Experience writing research about crypto projects.
