Delivery Manager for Radar systems $$$

We are looking for Delivery Manager who thinks like a full-cycle product integrator (from concept and requirements to handoff to mass production).
This isn’t just about coordinating tasks. This position requires managing the product lifecycle, which includes development, integration, testing, implementation, and analysis of user feedback.
You'll be the point of coordination between product teams, engineering teams, and production, ensuring the efficient and predictable delivery of complex technological products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery / Project / Program Management in R&D, hardware or product teams.
• Understanding of PDLC / SDLC and key phases of the product life cycle 
• Practical experience to drive delivery from Discovery and MVP stages to readiness for scaling
• Experience managing cross-functional teams that include hardware, software and manufacturing experts.
• Practical knowledge of Agile / Kanban / Lean as complementary approaches to management and regular improvement.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance / QMS / quality gates principles and experience working with performance metrics.
• Experience working in international companies with cross-cultural communication;  readiness for business trip
   

Would be a plus

• Experience in miltech, defense, RF product development.
• Technical background (radio electronics, radar systems)
• Experience in building delivery processes or implementing performance forecasting systems.
   

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery cycle: from requirements to the finished product for scaling
• Orchestration of cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Embedded, RF experts), ensuring the smooth knowledge transfer within the team  
• Regular cooperation with partners, aligning goals and outcomes
• Release management: planning, team synchronization, dependency control, demos, release reviews, retrospectives.
• Establishing and maintaining Risk and Change management process 
• Process analytics: monitoring statuses, risks, predicting progress and implementing performance, efficiency and predictability metrics.
• Quality work: integrating quality gates, interacting with QMS systems, participating in QA criteria compliance checks.
• Product alignment: translating the product vision into specific delivery plans, understanding user needs and feedback that underlie the requirements.
• Facilitation and removal of obstacles: helping teams focus, removing organizational or technical blockers.
