Project Manager 

Profisea is a boutique DevOps and Cloud company – Premier Partner of AWS, specializing in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, DevSecOps and FinOps.  

We are seeking a highly motivated  Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their project management skills in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience while managing smaller projects and supporting larger initiatives. This role offers excellent growth potential, with a focus on learning and development. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel. 
• Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 
• Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates. 
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
• Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes. 
• Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements. 
• Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of English - Advanced
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). 
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. 
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; 
• Good negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette, excellent communication skills; 
• Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results.
