About the project:

 

We are looking for an HR People Partner to join a People Partnership team in a fast-paced IT environment. In this role, you will help build a supportive and scalable HR function that strengthens employee experience, enables high-performing tech teams, and ensures processes remain people-centric as the organization grows.

 

Readiness to relocate to Cyprus after the probation period is desirable. We provide full support throughout the relocation process, along with a relocation bonus ๐ŸŽ

 

Does this relate to you?

 

  • 2-3 + years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR People Partner in an IT company, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • L&D experience is a big plus
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
  • Proven ability to boost team morale, motivation, and healthy communication.
  • Strong knowledge of cooperation formats, HR best practices, and hands-on experience drafting and updating internal policies.
  • Confident user of modern HRIS/CRM systems (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob) with a meticulous approach to data integrity.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset to interpret HR metrics and support business decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments with the flexibility to evolve HR processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence for employee relations, conflict resolution, and thoughtful exit interviews.

     

A new team member will be in charge of:

 

  • Driving the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, trial-period goal setting, proactive offboarding, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Leading performance and development processes, including performance reviews, salary revision cycles, goal achievement tracking, mentoring programs, and internal rotations.
  • Building strong employee relations by running regular 1:1s, advising employees and managers on HR policies and compliance, and proactively monitoring engagement and retention risks.
  • Maintaining HR infrastructure by ensuring HRIS/CRM data accuracy, keeping internal documentation up to date, and supporting process automation and continuous improvements.
  • Developing and organizing internal learning activities, including workshops and educational programs, identifying development needs, and supporting internal speakers with preparation and presentation materials.
