Junior .Net developer\Data Import Support Specialist

About the project:

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior .Net developer\Data Import Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients and internal teams with data import processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Does this relate to you?

• Experience in data import, data processing, or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in SQL( mysql and postgres), Excel, or other data manipulation tools.
• Basic .Net and C# knowdlege.
• Experience/Knowledge with AI dev tools (CodeX, CaludeCode, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English is Upper-Intermediate or higher.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Support clients and internal teams in importing, validating, and processing data.
• Troubleshoot data import issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to improve data import workflows.
• Document common issues and solutions to enhance process efficiency.
• Assist with system configurations and data mappings as needed.

• Provide training and guidance on best practices for data imports.

   

Additional information:
The workday on the project starts at 8 AM EST / 3 PM EET.
