Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a fintech company that develops payment solutions for international markets, connecting merchants and traders within a stable ecosystem.
The main focus of this role is ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted service and driving business growth in the key market of India.
What youโll do:
โ Attract new partners and optimize existing processes.
โ Build and improve traffic funnel and processing workflows.
โ Collaborate with Affiliate Managers on integration, onboarding, and volume growth, ensuring partner activation and engagement.
โ Analyze partner traffic conversion and identify bottlenecks.
โ Generate and test ideas to improve traffic efficiency.
โ Optimize scripts and refine process approaches.
โ Work closely with the marketing team.
Requirements:
โ 3+ years of experience in Sales (betting, gambling, dating niches).
โ Strong understanding of traffic processing, from lead generation to active partners.
โ Experience with funnel analytics (CR, ROI, LTV).
โ Systematic thinking with the ability to analyze end-to-end processes and suggest improvements.
โ Solid understanding of P2P payments and processing.
โ Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
โ High level of ownership and results-driven mindset.
โ Affiliate experience is a plus.
