Sales Manager Offline
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join a fintech company that develops payment solutions for international markets, connecting merchants and traders within a stable ecosystem.
The main focus of this role is ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted service and driving business growth in the key market of India.
What you’ll do:
– Attract new partners and optimize existing processes.
– Build and improve traffic funnel and processing workflows.
– Collaborate with Affiliate Managers on integration, onboarding, and volume growth, ensuring partner activation and engagement.
– Analyze partner traffic conversion and identify bottlenecks.
– Generate and test ideas to improve traffic efficiency.
– Optimize scripts and refine process approaches.
– Work closely with the marketing team.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in Sales (betting, gambling, dating niches).
– Strong understanding of traffic processing, from lead generation to active partners.
– Experience with funnel analytics (CR, ROI, LTV).
– Systematic thinking with the ability to analyze end-to-end processes and suggest improvements.
– Solid understanding of P2P payments and processing.
– Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
– High level of ownership and results-driven mindset.
– Affiliate experience is a plus.
