We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join a fintech company that develops payment solutions for international markets, connecting merchants and traders within a stable ecosystem.
The main focus of this role is ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted service and driving business growth in the key market of India.

What you'll do:
โ Proactive search, attraction, and onboarding of new partners (Affiliates).
โ Full-cycle negotiations: from first contact to terms agreement and contract signing.
โ Develop and scale existing partner base with focus on revenue growth.
โ Analyse partner performance: monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:
โ 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing or Sales.
โ Deep understanding of the online advertising market: traffic sources, verticals, monetisation models.
โ Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
โ English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
โ Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented.
โ Deep understanding of P2P payments and processing.
