About the role

We are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This is a new role with an opportunity to influence not only hiring but also recruitment processes. You will own the full-cycle recruitment and work independently on sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (from intake to offer)
• Independently source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, other channels)
• Close technical roles (Go, DevOps, QA, Flutter)
• Communicate closely with hiring managers
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Work with ATS 
• Contribute to building and improving recruitment processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with sourcing
• Experience conducting interviews
• Experience working with technical roles
• English level B2 or higher (daily communication) 

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for backend or mobile roles
• Experience in product companies
• Experience working with international markets
• Proactive mindset and interest in improving processes
