Mid/Senior Project Manager โ Web Design Agency
We're not a big agency, and we don't want to be. We're a team of under 20 people, we've been doing this for nearly 12 years, and we care more about doing good work than growing fast.
Right now, we need a PM who gets that โ and can bring structure without killing the energy.
You'll own projects end-to-end across clients in biotech, fintech, telecom, recycling, and beyond โ from early discovery through to live operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with designers, less so with developers, and occasionally coordinate with marketing. You'll report to the PM department lead and work directly with the CEO.
You're not expected to be an AI expert โ but we do expect you to think about where it fits. Whether that's streamlining how briefs get written, how feedback gets processed, or how documentation stays current โ we want someone who sees AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.
What you'll be doing:
- Defining project objectives, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria
- Translating business requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the team
- Running discovery, sanity checks, and ongoing project analysis
- Presenting solutions and progress updates to clients
- Collecting and synthesizing feedback between clients and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date project documentation
- Decomposing scope, managing priorities, and owning delivery accountability
- Auditing existing processes and establishing better ones where needed
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of PM experience in a digital agency or product environment
- Fluent English โ written and spoken (you'll be client-facing)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured communication
- Experience managing full product lifecycles โ from concept to launch
- Comfort with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Float, Notion, or equivalents
- Ability to lead without authority โ mentorship mindset, not just task management
- Practical curiosity about AI โ you actively look for ways to use it in your workflow, not just follow the hype
- Genuine curiosity and a drive to keep learning
Nice to have:
- Background or exposure to digital marketing
- Experience working with startups or early-stage products
