Head of Affiliates (iGaming)

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.

We are looking for a Head of Affiliates to build and scale our affiliate program, drive high-quality acquisition, and develop long-term partner relationships across key markets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute affiliate marketing strategy across LATAM and other regions
• Manage and scale affiliate program (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
• Identify, onboard, and grow high-performing affiliates and networks
• Develop long-term partnerships and negotiate commercial terms
• Monitor traffic quality, fraud, and ROI performance
• Work closely with product, CRM, and analytics teams to improve conversion and retention
• Analyze campaign performance (ROI, LTV, CPA) and optimize accordingly
• Lead and grow affiliate team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming
• Strong experience working with LATAM markets is a must
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
• Deep understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Analytical mindset (ROI, LTV, performance metrics)
