Key Responsibilities:
As our HR Generalist, you’ll lead recruiting efforts while managing day-to-day HR activities. We’re looking for someone with strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Your ideas will directly impact Teknika’s growth and team experience.

This role comes with a base salary plus commission on new hires, reflecting the value of your contributions.

 

Recruiting Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent in partnership with our hiring team
  • Source and engage candidates across channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and tech leads
  • Plan hiring strategy and provide hiring metrics

 

HR Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere in our remote team
  • Onboard new hires and guide them through their first weeks
  • Conduct quarterly 1-on-1s to gather team feedback
  • Collect manager input for biannual performance reviews
  • Manage internal announcements, including birthdays

 

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruiter/HR role, ideally in the IT industry
  • English proficiency B1 or higher
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Networking and relationship-building skills
