Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire game development lifecycle, from concept creation through final release.
- Partner with the CPO to generate fresh ideas for mechanics, themes, and innovative features that increase player engagement.
- Prepare detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) covering all game features and functionality.
- Keep all design documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between art, sound, math, and development teams.
- Work closely with mathematicians to refine balance, logic, and core mechanics.
- Organize and conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on gameplay to improve the overall player experience.
- Review post-launch performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Proactively manage risks, monitor project timelines, and reprioritize tasks when needed to keep production on schedule.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in iGaming within Product-related roles (e.g., Mathematician, Game Producer, QA, Backend Developer).
- Solid understanding of slot mechanics, player behavior, and industry trends.
- Proven experience managing development workflows and producing comprehensive documentation such as GDDs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Effective project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Passion for games and a commitment to delivering engaging, player-focused experiences.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
