3D Isometric Avatar Artist (Sprite Sheets)

We are building a virtual office platform and are looking for a skilled 3D Artist / Character Artist to create custom isometric avatar sprite sheets for a themed event.

The theme is a Madagascar expedition, and we need two stylized avatars: one male and one female expeditionist in safari outfits.

🧭 Project Scope

• Create 2 unique isometric characters (male & female)
• Style: Stylized, clean, readable in isometric view
• Theme: Safari / expedition (Madagascar-inspired)
• Focus on strong silhouettes and personality

🎬 Deliverables

For each character:

• Sprite sheet PNG (3200 × 2600 px)
• 8-direction walk cycle animations
• Idle poses
• Small profile thumbnail/avatar

All animations must be smooth, loopable, and consistent across directions

🛠 Responsibilities

• Model and texture stylized 3D characters
• Animate walk cycles for 8 directions
• Render/export clean isometric sprite sheets
• Ensure consistency between male and female characters
• Follow the provided technical specification

• Strong experience in character creation and animation
• Proven work with sprite sheets or isometric assets
• Ability to create clean, readable animations
• Understanding of isometric perspective and constraints
• Attention to detail and consistency

• Familiarity with batch rendering workflows (Blender or similar)
