About the Position

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in project management within a dynamic AI environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of AI projects.
• Coordinate work between development teams, analysts, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve potential issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Participate in gathering requirements and analyzing client needs.

Requirements

• Higher education (or in progress) in IT, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• Understanding of basic project management principles (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
• High proficiency in Ukrainian and English 
• Attention to detail and responsibility.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in a similar position (internship, volunteering).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Technical background or experience working with developers.
