Junior Recruitment Researcher

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Researcher to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting thorough candidate assessments and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. Your proactive approach and dedication to achieving results will be key to your success in this role. 

Requirements:

🔸 Experience in IT researching/sourcing (or finished recruiting courses);
🔸 General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
🔸 Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search;
🔸 English level — Intermediate and higher;
🔸 Strong communication and negotiation skills;
🔸 Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to set and achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

🔸 Search for candidates via LinkedIn and other resources;
🔸 Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
🔸 Process responses from the corporate website, DOU and other resources;
🔸 Working with different recruitment tools;
🔸 Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities.
