Demand for Innoware’s services and Microsoft solutions continues to grow – especially in Ukraine, where many businesses are transitioning away from 1C and other russian-origin systems. To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Logistics) Consultant at Middle or Senior level.

Key activities:

• Participation in D365 F&SCM implementation and development projects with responsibility for solution design within the logistics domain.
• Continuous development of expertise through work with diverse business scenarios, complex cases, and modern capabilities of the D365 platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients to analyze logistics business processes, define target solutions, and align them within the D365 SCM framework.
• Configuring and adapting standard D365 SCM functionality according to customer business requirements.
• Preparing and aligning project documentation together with clients.
• Estimating effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
• Preparing functional specifications for the development team and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Executing user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets business needs and expectations.
• Supporting customers during UAT, deployment of new functionality, and Go Live.
• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Participating in planning and controlling data migration processes.
• Integrating D365 SCM with other systems and applications.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at different stages of the project.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years of experience implementing logistics modules of D365 F&SCM / F&O in a Consultant or Analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of standard functionality of Inventory management, Warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing modules in D365 F&SCM / F&O.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of logistics business processes (inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement) and their automation in D365 F&SCM / F&O.
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience configuring Power BI.
