Objectives of this role
- Ensure smooth daily operations and steady progress of tasks in line with delivery plans.
- Maintain transparency of task status, risks, and timelines for stakeholders.
- Coordinate prioritization and task allocation for the engineering team.
- Facilitate team syncs to improve efficiency and reduce blockers.
- Optimize workload distribution based on team capacity and performance insights.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Break down initiatives into tasks and maintain project boards, timelines, and documentation.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
- Align with Product, Engineering, and QA on priorities and requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze team capacity to improve planning and workload balance.
- Report project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and team efficiency.
- Foster communication and alignment across teams.
- Plan and manage releases, ensuring readiness and smooth deployment.
- Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience working with mid- to large-sized teams.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a software environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility and control.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting performance.
- Experience in risk management and cross-functional coordination.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Open-minded with a strong focus on delivering business and product value
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency (nice to have)
- Experience in Product management/ QA or BA will be a plus
