Sales Development Representative

We are a fast-growing company focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Our team is passionate about growth, performance, and building strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a motivated SDR to help drive our outbound and inbound sales efforts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and target accounts
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives

     

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR role
  • Be familiar with our product https://cesar.chat
  • Experience with cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Understanding of sales frameworks (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.)
  • Experience working with international markets (US/EU)
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist
