Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with experience in payments/fintech / iGaming environments to support users and partners with payment-related inquiries.
You will work closely with Payments, Risk, and Finance teams, handling payment issues, investigating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Support users with payment-related issues (deposits, withdrawals, failed transactions)
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks, refunds, and transaction discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams (Payments, Risk, Compliance) to resolve issues
- Work with PSP providers to clarify transaction statuses when needed
- Monitor transactions and identify potential issues or irregularities
- Maintain high-quality customer experience and response standards
- Document common issues and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- 0,6+ years of experience in Customer Support within fintech, payments, or iGaming
- Good understanding of:
- Payment flows (deposits/withdrawals)
- Chargebacks and refunds
- Transaction investigation
- Experience working with payment systems or PSPs is a strong advantage
- English โ B2+ / strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM / ticketing tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming or high-risk payments
- Basic understanding of crypto payments
