Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with experience in payments/fintech / iGaming environments to support users and partners with payment-related inquiries.

You will work closely with Payments, Risk, and Finance teams, handling payment issues, investigating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Support users with payment-related issues (deposits, withdrawals, failed transactions)
  • Investigate and resolve chargebacks, refunds, and transaction discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams (Payments, Risk, Compliance) to resolve issues
  • Work with PSP providers to clarify transaction statuses when needed
  • Monitor transactions and identify potential issues or irregularities
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience and response standards
  • Document common issues and contribute to process improvements

 

Requirements

  • 0,6+ years of experience in Customer Support within fintech, payments, or iGaming
  • Good understanding of:
    • Payment flows (deposits/withdrawals)
    • Chargebacks and refunds
    • Transaction investigation
  • Experience working with payment systems or PSPs is a strong advantage
  • English โ€“ B2+ / strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM / ticketing tools

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming or high-risk payments
  • Basic understanding of crypto payments
