Head of Retention (iGaming)

Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.

We are looking for a Head of Retention to build and lead retention strategy, increase LTV, and optimize the full player lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute retention & CRM strategy (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp)
  • Develop player segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
  • Increase LTV, retention rate, and player engagement
  • Manage VIP programs and loyalty mechanics
  • Work closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams
  • Optimize bonus systems, promotions, and player journeys
  • Lead and grow retention / CRM team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in iGaming retention / CRM
  • Proven experience working with LATAM markets is a must
  • Strong understanding of player behavior and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation
  • Experience with VIP сегментом и high-value players
  • Analytical mindset (A/B testing, cohorts, LTV)
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+
