Head of Retention (iGaming)
Eldorado is a fast-growing iGaming product focused on player engagement, retention, and long-term value in international markets.
We are looking for a Head of Retention to build and lead retention strategy, increase LTV, and optimize the full player lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute retention & CRM strategy (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp)
- Develop player segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
- Increase LTV, retention rate, and player engagement
- Manage VIP programs and loyalty mechanics
- Work closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams
- Optimize bonus systems, promotions, and player journeys
- Lead and grow retention / CRM team
Requirements:
- 5+ years in iGaming retention / CRM
- Proven experience working with LATAM markets is a must
- Strong understanding of player behavior and lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation
- Experience with VIP сегментом и high-value players
- Analytical mindset (A/B testing, cohorts, LTV)
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
