Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment team.
 

Main requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including work in outstaff/outsource companies or recruitment agencies;
  • Strong knowledge of IT market trends and hiring practices across both local and global markets;
  • Expertise in designing and implementing diverse recruitment strategies;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure;
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken);
  • Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex vacancies as an independent recruitment expert: design strategies, define target markets, and manage full-cycle hiring (interviews, feedback, offers, hire);
  • Collaborate closely with English-speaking hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team dynamics, and success criteria; interviewers on the client’s side, building strong and trust-based relationships;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, AM and Technical teams to streamline recruitment processes;
  • Monitor recruitment process effectiveness, highlight issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure proper vacancy promotion on the market and alignment with business needs;
  • Set recruitment priorities and allocate resources across multiple vacancies;
  • Support team members in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
