CRM / Automation Specialist (Email Lead Nurturing)

We are seeking a skilled CRM/Automation Specialist to turn our email and marketing automation channels into reliable engines for generating qualified leads. If you excel at building automated workflows, optimizing data-driven campaigns, and connecting CRMs with multi-channel touchpoints — this role is for you.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing environments
• Strong expertise in building marketing automation workflows with conditional logic (If/Else)
• Confident handling of custom fields (including multi-select) and tag-based segmentation
• Ability to implement Lead Scoring and integrate workflows via API connections
• Experience syncing CRM data (e.g., Pipedrive) with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign or similar)
• Skilled in running, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests

Nice to have:

• B2B experience in Healthcare, AI, FinTech, or Real Estate
• Ability to translate complex technical case studies into high-value email funnels
• Experience integrating email automation with multi-channel activities (LinkedIn, Clutch, PPC landing pages, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Transform email and automation channels into consistent generators of qualified leads (MQL/SQL) through segmentation, nurturing, and commercial intent identification
• Redesign and optimize automation workflows for targeted industries, creating personalized sequences from the first touchpoint
• Reactivate, segment, clean, and enrich the existing database while implementing mechanisms to measure subscriber intent
• Continuously optimize campaign performance: CTR, click-to-website, case study engagement, service page visits
• Scale acquisition by introducing new entry points (LinkedIn, Clutch, PPC landing pages) and integrating them into automated workflows
• Ensure technical hygiene: maintain domain reputation, implement Double Opt-In, and monitor deliverability
