Senior Integration Engineer (.NET, Azure Integration Services)

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer with strong experience in Azure Integration Services to design and evolve a business-critical integration landscape.

This role is focused on designing, building, and optimizing integrations between multiple systems using Azure-native integration services and proven integration patterns. You will work with a solution based on Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, participate in knowledge transfer, and drive further development of a scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration landscape.

While the primary focus is integration engineering, experience with C#/.NET is required and will be used when working with Azure Functions or building integration components.

Our client is the largest installer of solar cells in Sweden, with operations in several European countries, offering a complete energy ecosystem that includes batteries, charging infrastructure for electric cars, roof conversions with integrated solar cells, and the construction of large-scale solar parks. 

What you'll do in your role:

• Own and evolve an existing Azure-based integration solution
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management)
• Build and maintain integration flows, APIs, and messaging-based solutions
• Apply integration patterns (event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, messaging)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration solutions and architecture
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices within the integration domain
• Document solutions and support knowledge sharing
   

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial experience as an Integration Engineer / Integration Developer
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus and/or Event Grid, API Management)
• Solid experience building system integrations across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven and serverless architectures
• Experience designing and working with APIs and asynchronous communication
• Strong experience with C# .NET in the context of integration solutions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a business-critical integration landscape
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, sufficient for confident daily communication with the international team

• Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, AWS Glue)
• Experience in enterprise integration environments
• CI/CD and deployment automation in Azure
• Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization in cloud environments
• Domain experience in energy, utilities, or IoT
• Naming five or more dishes that include Beetroot, besides borshch ;)
