Finance Operations / Analytics Manager

We are a fast-growing fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for digital advertising businesses. Our product provides solutions for media buyers and advertisers, enabling them to run campaigns on major advertising platforms efficiently and without interruptions. We are seeking a Finance Operations & Analytics Manager who will own finance workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and promote data-driven decision-making. This role blends analytical thinking with practical process improvement and close collaboration on automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current finance workflows to find inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Design scalable, clear, and efficient financial processes
• Own and refine reporting logic to ensure data accuracy and usability for decision-making
• Convert business needs into structured workflows and operational solutions
• Collaborate closely with the automation specialist to implement and expand improvements
• Track key financial and operational metrics and recommend optimization steps
• Promote consistency and clarity across finance-related processes and cross-team interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ of experience in finance, operations, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting methods
• Experience in process optimization and developing structured workflows
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and dashboards
• Knowledge of automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or ability to collaborate with technical experts
• Experience working with automation or AI-driven workflows
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
