Finance Manager

We are a fast-growing fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for digital advertising businesses. Our product provides solutions for media buyers and advertisers, enabling them to run campaigns on major advertising platforms efficiently and without interruptions. We are seeking a Finance Operations & Analytics Manager who will own finance workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and promote data-driven decision-making. This role blends analytical thinking with practical process improvement and close collaboration on automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations, including transactions via crypto, Payoneer, mobile payments, and bank transfers
• Work with FOP (sole proprietors) and B2B partners, ensuring accurate settlements and documentation
• Maintain and optimize financial records using Google Sheets and internal tools
• Apply basic algorithms and logic to track, reconcile, and analyze financial flows
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including performance analysis and key metrics
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with partners and payment providers to ensure smooth transaction processing
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Improve and automate financial processes where possible

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, operations, or business analytics
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting methods
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and dashboards
• Experience working with automation or AI-driven workflows
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
