We are scaling our marketing efforts and looking for a proactive, structured, and results-driven Mid-Level Marketing Manager.

Who We’re Looking For

A HANDS-ON marketer who can plan and execute marketing activities across key channels, support lead generation and brand growth, and work collaboratively across teams. You should be comfortable owning projects end-to-end and able to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate pipeline for marketing activities.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Linkedin, SEO).
  • Collaborate with product, sales, to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Manage and improve the company website as a growth asset (content, SEO, UX).
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversion) to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing calendar and deliverables ensuring timely execution.
  • Work with external partners (agencies, freelancers) when needed.

What We Expect From You

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Linkedin, email, SEO, analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, email automation).
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and support sales alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in iGaming, AI, SaaS, or performance-based services.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Background in B2B SaaS or performance-driven marketing environments.
