ServiceNow Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant

We are currently exploring the ServiceNow direction and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant to join potential upcoming projects with our partners — leading international IT companies.

This role is focused on driving business analysis and process design within ServiceNow implementations, working closely with enterprise clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices
• Design and document business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and drive alignment on requirements and priorities
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper solution implementation
• Support and lead UAT processes, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Analyze and improve existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities
• Participate in demos, presentations, and client communication
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Process Consultant
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (any core modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and process design
• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL best practices
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio (or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
• Basic understanding of integrations and system architecture
• Experience with other platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
