We are looking for a recruiter who can systematically close strong IT talent for our internal team and strategic growth needs.

Role mission

Your mission is to build a predictable hiring pipeline and close key roles for the company with speed and quality.

Main hiring focus:

  • 3 closed positions per month for Middle / Senior level specialists
  • support for 1 C-level hire approximately once per quarter

This is a full-cycle recruiting role. We need a recruiter who can take ownership of the hiring process from vacancy intake to final offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles
  • Close 3 vacancies per month on average
  • Work on positions such as:
     
    • AI Engineers
    • Full Stack Developers
    • DevOps Engineers
    • Project Managers
    • Product roles
    • Automation / AI workflow specialists
    • other Middle / Senior tech positions
       
  • Occasionally support hiring for leadership roles such as:
    • CTO
    • Head of Product
    • Head of Delivery
    • other C-level / strategic positions
       
  • Build sourcing strategy for each role
     
  • Search candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, direct outreach, referrals, and alternative channels
     
  • Conduct first screening interviews
     
  • Assess candidates by relevant experience, communication, motivation, salary expectations, and fit for the company
     
  • Present qualified shortlists with clear comments and recommendations
     
  • Coordinate interviews with founders and hiring managers
     
  • Maintain structured candidate pipelines and recruitment reporting
     
  • Improve hiring processes, scorecards, and speed of execution

Expected results

We expect this person to deliver:

  • 3 successfully closed Middle / Senior roles per month
     
  • stable pipeline of relevant candidates for active vacancies
     
  • high-quality shortlists instead of raw CV flow
     
  • organized and fast recruitment processes
     
  • strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
     
  • ability to support occasional executive search
     

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
     
  • Proven experience closing Middle and Senior level roles
     
  • Strong understanding of the IT hiring market
     
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting technical specialists
     
  • Ability to evaluate candidates beyond keyword matching
     
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
     
  • Ability to work independently and move vacancies fast
     
  • Good communication and structured reporting skills
     
  • English sufficient for candidate communication and recruiting workflow
     
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for result

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, startup, product company, or development agency
     
  • Experience hiring internationally
     
  • Experience closing hard-to-fill or niche technical roles
     
  • Experience hiring leadership or C-level candidates
     
  • Basic understanding of technical stacks and product teams
