We are looking for a Technical PM to join our team for long-term employment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the definition, documentation, and safe execution of the software development project, active participation in all phases of the project
  • Define and support project processes
  • Define project scope and resource requirements
  • Manage exceptions and changes in projects
  • Work closely with the development team
  • Managing project team, monitoring team performance
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned efforts, schedule, and scope
  • Identify and manage client’s expectations
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical PM
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a developer, with a preference for full stack or backend (only web development), ensuring a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong AI fluency: Prototyping with AI tools; “Vibe coding” / rapid MVP building; AI-assisted research & analytics; Workflow automation using AI
  • Experience with the project management frameworks and tools, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Scrum/Project Management concepts
  • Experience in identifying the client’s business requirements and developing a possible solution
  • Counseling skills, ability to explain technical features in simple and clear terms
  • Basic business analysis skills (requirements analysis, preparation of technical specifications)
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Intermediate+ level of English
