Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are Hantix, an international recruitment agency focused on complex markets: iGaming, Fintech, and high-risk industries.

We specialize in closing hard-to-fill roles globally and building efficient, data-driven recruitment systems.

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage and scale our recruitment & sourcing function.
 
Responsibilities:

* Optimize and manage recruitment processes and standards

* Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers

* Drive team performance (target: ~5 hires/month per recruiter)

* Build and present data-driven reports to CEO/COO

* Mentor and develop the team

* Participate in client briefings and define candidate profiles

* Consult clients on market insights

* Validate candidates before submission

* Monitor ATS quality and recruitment pipeline

Requirements:

* Proven experience leading recruitment teams

* Agency background is a strong plus

* Experience in iGaming / high-risk is highly preferred

* Strong KPI and performance management skills

* Process-driven mindset

* English — Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
