Workshops/Events Project Manager

We are a fast-growing company in the HVAC industry and we're looking for a driven and organized Events PM to own our entire events ecosystem — from weekly webinars to large-scale online conferences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Plan, manage, and execute webinars, workshops, and industry conferences end-to-end
• Own the webinar/workshop calendar and ensure all milestones are hit 10+ days before each event
• Build and maintain marketing funnels: landing pages, ads, email/SMS sequences in GoHighLevel
• Set up and manage live streaming via StreamYard
• Coordinate presentation decks and align content with funnel messaging
• Handle all offline workshop logistics: venues, equipment, printed materials, and branded merch
• Identify and apply for industry speaking slots and sponsorship opportunities (6–12 months ahead)
• Plan and execute the company's own online HVAC conferences from concept to post-event follow-up
• Ensure all attendee and lead data flows correctly into CRM
• Coordinate post-event follow-up activities and replay distribution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in event management, webinar production, or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM) — strong plus
• Experience with StreamYard or similar live streaming platforms
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma for creative assets
• Strong project management skills: you track every deadline and deliverable
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation events is a strong advantage
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus — but passion to learn is a must
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Webinar registration count and attendance rate
• Cost per webinar lead
• Qualified leads generated from events and conferences
• Number of speaking opportunities and partnerships secured
• Conference show-up rate and post-event engagement (replay views)
