Sales / BDM Manager
Main role:
To identify and sign up direct advertisers in the online gambling sector (casinos, betting, crypto-gambling) β Tier 1 and strong Tier 2 clients worldwide.
What we do every day (80%+ of the time):
π Cold outbound outreach (LinkedIn + Telegram + email + calls)
π 8β15+ high-quality demos/meetings per week
π Handling objections such as βwe already have everything we need / itβs too expensive / we donβt know youβ
π 4β8 conferences a year (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, AIBC, etc.)
π Upselling to existing clients after 3β4 months
Who weβre looking for (must-haves):
π― 2β3+ years of active sales experience specifically in iGaming (ad network / DSP / SSP / tracker / CPA network)
π― Proven track record of securing direct operators generating $5β10k+ per month each
π― Understanding of models: CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, LTV, GGR, Hold, licences (MGA, CuraΓ§ao, etc.)
π― Ability to quickly establish contact with CMOs / Heads of Acquisition / Affiliate Managers
π― English B2+ (spoken + written)
π― Assertiveness, resilience under pressure, commercial acumen
A huge plus:
π‘ Your own up-to-date database of operator contacts for 2025β2026
π‘ Experience with crypto casinos / Web3 gambling
π‘ Additional languages
