We are a software development company focused on delivering high-quality solutions for international clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Middle Lead Generation / Sales Specialist to help us strengthen our client acquisition process.

Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a must)
• Build relevant and high-quality lead lists
• Write personalized outreach messages
• Manage communication with prospects and handle follow-ups
• Qualify leads using BANT methodology
• Set appointments with potential clients
• Work with CRM (Pipedrive or similar): maintain pipeline, update lead statuses
• Collaborate with the CEO by passing SQLs
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation / SDR / sales
• Proven experience in IT outsourcing companies
• Strong LinkedIn usage, including Sales Navigator
• Experience with outreach tools such as Expandi, Lemlist, Apollo, Hunter
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Strong research skills
• Solid personalized writing skills
• Understanding of B2B sales processes
• Upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken)
Nice to have
• Experience with Upwork (bidding, client communication)
• Email outreach experience
• Active LinkedIn or Upwork profile
• Experience building outbound processes

• $700–$1000 fixed salary
• 5% lifetime commission from each project brought through your SQLs
