Product Manager to $2400

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager for a 6-month contract to help coordinate product development across several departments at Keyo. This person will help translate strategy into clear product requirements, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure teams remain aligned as we move quickly on multiple initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment, working across engineering, hardware, AI/ML, partnerships, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
Translate company strategy into clear product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps
Own product planning and execution for key initiatives across software, hardware, and platform integrations
Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), feature specs, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize backlog and guide sprint execution

Cross-Functional Coordination
This role will collaborate with multiple departments, including:
Engineering – software platform, APIs, device software
AI / Biometrics – model improvements, enrollment, recognition performance
Hardware – device features, firmware, deployment considerations
Partnerships – pilots with strategic partners and global deployments
Operations – deployment readiness, device management, field support
Sales / Business Development – translating customer needs into product features

Pilot & Deployment Support
Help prepare product capabilities for pilot deployments and partner integrations
Coordinate feedback loops between field pilots and product development
Ensure product readiness across device, platform, and partner integrations

Product Communication
Maintain clear documentation across product initiatives
Ensure alignment across teams as priorities evolve
Communicate product progress and risks to leadership

Qualifications
Required
4–8+ years experience in product management or technical product roles
Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware, and operations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured product requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments

Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Biometrics or identity systems
Biotech or payments infrastructure
Hardware + software integrated products
Developer platforms or APIs
Ukrainian language a plus
