SysOps
We are looking for a SysOps Engineer to join our teams!
Requirements:
— 4+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator/SysOps/DevOps Engineer
— Strong knowledge of Linux architecture and systems implementation
— Strong knowledge of IaC approach(Ansible, Terraform)
— Strong knowledge of maintaining and operating private clouds
— Strong knowledge of CI/CD approach and experience working with(GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
— Automation skills using Bash/Python etc
— Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols
— Good understanding of observability stack(grafana, otel)
— Knowledge of virtualization solutions (libvirt, KVM, quemu)
— Knowledge of Kubernetes management
Will be plus:
— Common Linux certification like RHCSA or LPIC-1,2

Responsibilities:
— Automation and IaC: author, review and maintain infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts to reduce toil.
— Automation and improvement of current processes related to the administration and support of VM.
— Maintenance of standardized OS/software configurations (lifecycle management, creation of golden images).
— Optimizing resources and work on resource tagging to share the cost and plan for budgeting and reporting
— Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the holding's infrastructure.
— Maintaining and managing software upgrading, patching the kernel and errata patching.
— Backup and data protection: implement backup strategies, test restores, manage snapshot lifecycle and cross-region replication.
— Maintenance and improvement of current monitoring systems based on a proactive approach.
— Supporting the holding's infrastructure in accordance with IT security policies.
— Collaboration and documentation: produce runbooks, runbooks for playbooks, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and coordinate with other infrastructure teams.
— Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging cloud technologies to recommend best practices.
— Provide expert advice on cloud technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance client operations and drive innovation.
