We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead projects, communicate with clients, and support our team in delivering high-quality solutions.
⚙️ What you’ll do
- Communicate directly with clients to clarify and refine project requirements
- Define scope, timeline, deliverables, and priorities
- Prepare detailed project documentation and technical specifications
- Lead projects through the entire lifecycle
- Track daily progress and provide transparent reporting
- Ensure projects stay on time and within budget
- Support, manage, and mentor team members
- Manage multi-stakeholder expectations and present solutions to C-level clients
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects
- Professional English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Experience preparing project proposals (timeline, budget, risks, assumptions)
- Experience helping clients turn ideas into technical specifications
- Experience presenting solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Strong customer-centric communication skills
- High responsibility and adherence to deadlines
- Full understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
- Experience using task tracking tools (Jira / Asana)
