Trainee Technical Support / Systems Specialist — Video Streaming and Cloud Services
About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, curious problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how things work. This role isn’t just following instructions - it’s about troubleshooting video streaming hardware, cloud systems, encoders/decoders, and networking setups. You’ll work with real-world systems and high-profile customers, learning fast and thinking logically to solve problems.

- Can follow networking and system logic without getting lost
