Trainee Technical Support / Systems Specialist — Video Streaming and Cloud Services

About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, curious problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how things work. This role isn’t just following instructions - it’s about troubleshooting video streaming hardware, cloud systems, encoders/decoders, and networking setups. You’ll work with real-world systems and high-profile customers, learning fast and thinking logically to solve problems.

  • Can follow networking and system logic without getting lost
  • Stay calm when things go wrong under pressure
  • Learn new systems quickly and independently
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and engineering teams

Required Skills:

  • Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and cloud-based systems
  • Able to read and understand system logs
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Quick to learn and adapt
  • Able to work independently and think logically

Your work helps prevent failures at live events, film sets, news broadcasts, and corporate productions.
