24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Bliezkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.
•  

Main responsibilities:

• Managing game projects & our internal tools, including planning, execution, and control of project tasks
• Ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting project deadlines
• Creating all necessary documentation for the project: tech specs, design docs, etc.
• Coordinating the work of developers, designers, and other project participants
• Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring high product quality and successful achievement of project objectives
• Managing stakeholders: overseeing communication and expectations of all project stakeholders
• Reporting to management on project progress

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management (Game development) or similar positions
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Understanding of mobile product metrics
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of self-organization and ability to multitask

Nice to have:

• Experience in game development will be an advantage
