Recruiter and Client Success Manager
We are a growing company that helps international clients build remote teams using in-house employees based in Pakistan.
We are looking for a proactive and communicative person to join us in a part-time role (~50 hours/month), combining recruitment and client communication.
This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow in responsibility and hours.
Responsibilities:
• Interview final candidates (after initial screening by our HR team)
• Join client calls and present candidates
• Support clients during the hiring and onboarding process
Client Success:
• Communicate with international clients regularly
• Collect feedback and improve client satisfaction
• Conduct follow-ups (weekly/monthly)
• Assist with monthly billing communication
Requirements:
• Strong English (spoken & written)
• Experience in recruitment / HR / interviewing
• Good communication and people skills
• Proactive, responsible, and organized
• Comfortable working with international clients
Nice to have:
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Experience working remotely
