Project Manager (with Business Analysis skills) to $2500

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join our team as part of company scaling.

This role combines project delivery management with basic business analysis, including working with requirements, supporting presales, and driving effective communication between stakeholders and the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery
• Gather and document basic project requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams
• Participate in presales activities from the engineering perspective
• Identify risks and propose solutions
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar role)
• Basic experience in Business Analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with IT projects
• Ability to structure information and translate business needs into tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Nice to have

• Technical background or understanding of software development processes
• Experience participating in presales
• English level: C1
