Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner

We’re looking for a skilled TA specialist who enjoys working on roles that aren't straightforward. Most of our hiring focuses on senior and niche IT positions, where success depends on persistence, creativity, and strong judgment.

What you’ll work on:
• Hiring for senior and hard-to-fill IT roles 
• Running full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality and speed 
• Working closely with hiring managers to move roles forward and unblock decisions 
• Navigating ambiguity and bringing structure into complex hiring processes

• Strong background in IT recruiting - 5+ years
• Experience with senior and niche roles 
• Ability to stay effective in fast-changing environments 
• High ownership and internal drive 
• Good judgment — knowing when to push, when to adjust, and when to rethink approach 

  • Spoken English - confident B2 ot higher
