Junior Access Manager

We are looking for an Access Manager to join our team!

 Requirements:

- Basic understanding of access control principles (RBAC, least privilege).
- Understanding of user access lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding).
- Ability to process and review access requests under supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic knowledge of IAM tools or readiness to learn them quickly.
- Understanding of security and compliance basics.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.governance, audit processes, and least privilege principles.

Responsibilities:
- Management of employee accounts in corporate systems: creation, management of access levels, blocking;
- Processing requests for end users related to accounts;
- Creation of roles and granting access;
- Keeping track of issued access.
