Junior Account Manager
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 390+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.
We are currently looking for an Junior Account/Support Manager to manage partner relationships, oversee account operations, and ensure accurate financial tracking in the media buying process. The role combines operations, reporting, and communication with partners and internal teams.
๐ Key responsibilities and your contribution:
- Work with partners and contractors, including sourcing and onboarding new partners (account agencies, farm/log/proxy suppliers, and other consumables), maintaining and developing relationships, as well as negotiating cooperation terms and ensuring compliance.
- Maintain reporting on accounts and partners, including preparation and submission of account IDs for financial reporting
- Manage account tracking within the media buying PnL framework.
- Oversee procurement of accounts and other consumables.
- Monitor balances and expenses, perform regular reconciliations with agencies, and track remaining balances with partners.
- Facilitate communication between media buyers and agency support teams, and assist in resolving technical and operational issues related to accounts.
- Minimize risks of fund leakage or unauthorized use of accounts by third parties.
- Contribute to optimizing processes between the media buying team and external partners
๐ Your qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, operations, support, partner/vendor management, or similar roles.
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Ability to monitor balances, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Capability to handle large volumes of data and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy when working with financial and account-related data.
- Strong communication skills, including interaction with contractors and partners.
- Stress resilience and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Willingness to work remotely on a shift schedule (day and evening shifts).

- Basic understanding of media buying processes and working with advertising accounts.
- Understanding of account infrastructure (accounts, proxies, farms, logs, etc.).
- Experience in support teams, operational support, or partner/vendor management.
