About Liveforce
Liveforce is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how companies recruit, schedule, manage and pay temporary staff. Our platform is trusted by businesses across event production, exhibitions and the wider temporary staffing sector to manage their workforce more efficiently.
As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our product capability to help improve how we work, strengthen delivery, and build better tools and workflows for our clients and crew.
----
The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who can sit between product, operations and engineering — bringing structure, clarity and momentum to delivery.
This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Manager role for a mid-level candidate with strong growth potential. You’ll work closely with our CPO and Tech Lead, initially focusing on reviewing and improving our current product and development processes.
Your first priority will be to understand how we work today, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help improve areas such as Jira workflows, backlog structure, documentation standards and product ways of working. You’ll bring an outside perspective and help us create more clarity and consistency across delivery.
Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility for requirement gathering, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting prioritisation, and helping improve how product delivery runs at Liveforce.
As the company grows, this role is expected to develop into broader product ownership and future people management.
