What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone to build a pipeline from scratch - we're looking for a connector. Someone who already knows the right people in AEC, BIM, construction tech, or IT services, and can open the right doors quickly.
We offer two engagement models depending on your availability, so whether you're looking for a full-time sales role or a flexible side partnership - we have a format that works.
Requirements:
- Existing network of decision-makers in AEC, BIM/VDC, construction tech, engineering software, or IT services;
- Prior experience selling or placing services in custom software development, BIM modeling, CAD automation, or digital engineering;
- Understanding of what a BIM Manager, VDC Director, or Engineering CTO actually needs;
- Ability to qualify leads, make warm introductions, and drive deals to close โ independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and introducing potential clients from your existing network;
- Making warm referrals or conducting initial outreach on behalf of Consedge Tech;
- Coordinating discovery calls with our technical team;
- Following up and supporting the deal through to signed contract.
Note: Proposals, scoping, delivery, and client management are fully handled by our team - your focus is relationships and introductions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with AEC-focused SaaS or engineering software vendors;
- Familiarity with project types such as Revit/Navisworks plugins, BIM automation, CAD/ERP integrations, or VDC services (LOD 200-400);
- Existing relationships with US, UK, or EU engineering firms or construction tech companies;
- Background in IT services sales or technical business development.
Engagement & Compensation Models:

Option A - Base + Commission (Active Sales Manager)
Best fit for candidates dedicating consistent time to outreach, pipeline management, and relationship development.
- Monthly base salary (discussed based on experience and market);
- % of closed deal value.
Option B - Commission Only (Connector / Referral Partner)
Best fit for professionals with strong existing networks who want flexibility without commitment.
- Competitive % of contract value per closed deal;
- No earnings cap;
- Ongoing commission for repeat business from referred clients.
