Digital Marketing Manager (Retargeting Spesialist)

A product iGaming company is expanding its performance marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Retargeting Spesialist) who will take full ownership of retargeting strategy and programmatic operations across international and CIS markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in DSP/SSP platforms, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage and scale a team of media buyers. The position combines strategic oversight with operational execution and is focused on measurable ROI growth and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of retargeting strategy across DSP/SSP platforms
Managing and optimizing performance campaigns across EU, CIS, and LATAM markets
Leading and mentoring a team of experienced media buyers
Overseeing technical integrations (pixels, S2S, postbacks, feeds) and ensuring accurate tracking
Developing advanced audience segmentation and GEO-specific targeting strategies
Managing the creative workflow: briefing, testing, optimization, and scaling
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, ARPU)
Preparing structured performance reports and growth forecasts
Collaborating with Product, Data, and Analytics teams to implement insights and automation
Tracking programmatic trends, traffic sources, and platform algorithm updates

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in retargeting / programmatic / SSP-DSP traffic buying
Proven experience leading or mentoring a performance or retargeting team
Strong understanding of tracking systems, attribution models, and analytics tools
Practical experience with S2S integrations, pixels, and postback configuration
Advanced analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Advanced English (C1+) — written and spoken
Experience working with EU and CIS markets (Tier 1 experience will be a strong advantage)

First 3 Months Goals

Audit and optimize all active retargeting campaigns and technical setups
Launch and scale new retargeting flows with clear ROI and growth KPIs
Build structured reporting standards and strengthen team performance
