Our client builds engaging gaming platforms in the sweepstakes and social casino space, combining free-to-play entertainment with real-money features. Their products include highly engaging casual games designed to attract and retain large audiences across digital channels.

Design plays a key role in business growth: creative assets are produced at high speed for user acquisition campaigns, social media, CRM, and promotional activities. The team works closely with performance marketing and product stakeholders to create visuals that not only look strong but also directly influence user engagement and campaign performance.

🎨 About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team and help shape the visual identity of multiple gaming brands.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of static creative production — from brief to final delivery — creating high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM, and promotional activities.

You will work closely with performance marketing, product teams, and external creative partners to turn ideas into visuals that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role offers real creative ownership, room to bring new ideas, and the opportunity to influence visual direction in a fast-moving environment.

📈 Key Responsibilities:

• Create on-brand visual assets for in-game interfaces, marketing campaigns, social media, email and CRM communications.
• Design logos, icons, typography and other branding elements to maintain a cohesive visual style.
• Ensure consistency of color, hierarchy and layout across multiple products and channels.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams to adapt designs for user acquisition and promotional campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute concept sketches and design proposals.
• Optimize static graphics for technical requirements of advertising platforms and in-app environments.

💻 Required Competence and Skills:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a digital or gaming context.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in visual execution.
• Proven creative thinking and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital channels.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

• Experience designing for performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns.
• Background in the gaming industry or familiarity with social casino mechanics.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related visual arts field.
